The American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) will honor 40 people under the age of 40 who excel in their political, public affairs or related professions and contribute to the advancement of their profession and the community. Nominees must be headquartered in the United States and primarily work in the American political sphere. To be eligible you must be born after April 30, 1979. Nominees are not required to be AAPC members and there is no fee to submit an application. Past winners are not eligible for nomination.
The AAPC is looking for 40 people who reflect the drive, commitment and passion that makes the political consulting, public affairs or related professions great, as well as mirror the AAPC’s professional code of ethics. A panel of bipartisan judges will evaluate the nominees based on their accomplishments in the profession and their industry-wide involvement. Contributions to the civic health of the profession, volunteer and/or philanthropy work, professional development and other examples will be considered.
The 40 honorees will be recognized at a special reception held at the annual AAPC Pollie Awards & Conference in Napa Valley, California, April 2-4, 2019.
